1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website (avenzonexus.com), Nexus Hub, or related 3D visualization and WebAR services operated by Avenzo Nexus ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our site and services.
2. Scope of Services
Avenzo Nexus delivers cloud-based 3D product visualization, interactive product configurators, WebAR asset streaming, CAD file retopology, and eCommerce integration tools. Specific platform tiers, resource allocations (storage limits, published product quotas), and support levels are governed by your selected subscription plan.
3. User Accounts & Onboarding
When registering for platform trials or enterprise onboarding, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current business information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership
Your Content: You retain complete ownership of all CAD files, 3D assets, logos, and product designs uploaded to Avenzo Nexus. By uploading content, you grant us the necessary technical license to host, optimize, and render your 3D assets for your application.
Avenzo Nexus Platform: All platform code, viewer engine architecture, shader pipelines, UI components, documentation, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Avenzo Nexus.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or exploit any part of the 3D rendering pipeline without written consent. You also agree not to upload malicious payloads, infringing copyright material, or unlawful content.
6. Subscription Tiers & Billing
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. Free trials provide full feature testing for the designated duration (2 or 5 days) as specified in our pricing schedule. Cancellations can be executed at any time prior to the renewal billing cycle.
7. Limitation of Liability
Avenzo Nexus provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Avenzo Nexus shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data transmission anomalies.
